Caramel pen device E-Cigarette in Poland: the cheap shortlist
Caramel in Poland: 7 units tested over 8 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Poland.
What the label on Caramel is allowed to say
There is no single best way to buy E-Cigarette in Poland. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
A caramel pen device from the cheapest options in Poland costs about zł2.72 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 7 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.

How we tested caramel in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Poland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Poland, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Poland: about zł2.72 per 10 ml liquid plus zł44 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Do you ship tracked orders to Poland?
Yes, tracked to 3–6 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
