Ordering E-Cigarette to Poland: the practical version

If you are looking at citrus in Poland, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: citrus in Poland works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus pen device really costs in Poland
We run citrus the same way in Poland: same pen device, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested citrus in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Poland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Poland, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Poland stocks.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Poland follows EU TPD: 10 ml bottles, 20 mg/ml nicotine ceiling, notification required. Shipping of nicotine to Poland runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Poland need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Poland |
| Coil life | ~4 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Poland | 3–6 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | zł39 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | zł3.42 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Can I order E-Cigarette online in Poland?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–6 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Poland: about zł3.42 per 10 ml liquid plus zł39 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does citrus taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the citrus blend itself harsh.
