Plum refill pack E-Cigarette in Poland: the review shortlist
Plum in Poland: 10 units tested over 9 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Poland.
What the label on Plum is allowed to say
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Poland that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within zł2.31 per 10 ml.
Plum in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Poland the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: plum in Poland works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum refill pack really costs in Poland
Most people searching E-Cigarette in Poland are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested plum in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Poland, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where plum goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing plum with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Poland stocks.
The rules that apply here
Poland follows EU TPD: 10 ml bottles, 20 mg/ml nicotine ceiling, notification required. Shipping of nicotine to Poland runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Poland sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Is plum legal to sell in Poland?
Poland follows EU TPD: 10 ml bottles, 20 mg/ml nicotine ceiling, notification required.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within zł2.31 per 10 ml once 3–6 business days is counted.
